Dear Galerie Homeowners
Due to current weather conditions and also the fact that one of the dates overlapped with the Board meeting. AMS Paving and Management has decided to change the date of the seal coat project once again, as visible on the attached map.
Wednesday, April 4th from 7:00A M to 7:00 AM on Thursday, April 5th, the following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic: Paseo Prado, Circulo Miro, Circulo Dali, and Paseo Diego.
The following week
Wednesday, April 12th from 7:00A M to 7:00 AM on Thursday, April 13th, the following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic: Via Fresco, Paseo Alcazaa, Paseo Goya, PaseoMurillo, and Paseo El Greco.
There are to be no vehicles parked on HOA streets during the specified street project time and date. If a vehicle is parked on an HOA street where seal coating is taking place that day, it will be towed at the owner’s expense.
If you leave your vehicle in the garage during the proposed project times and dates, please keep in mind that the vehicle must remain inside the garage for the full 24 hours. If you drive on the freshly seal coated street during the 24 hour curing period you will cause damage to the new surface and possibly damage your vehicle. If this happens the violator will be liable for the expense to repair the damage they caused to the street surface.
Foot traffic on the streets will be allowed 8 hours after the seal coat is completed. After the seal coat is poured, a wet street will appear shiny, and when dry it will lose its shine and will have a matte finish. Please do not walk on the streets while they are wet as the ground will be slippery and will damage the street surface.
Please do not use any personal irrigation during the 24 hour seal coat curing period.
Owners of rental properties within the community, please make sure you relay this information to your tenant.
